1. General Information

Product: Hats and headbands intended for everyday use.

Intended use: Head protection from sun, wind, or cold.

Target group: Children and/or adults (as indicated in the model description).

2. Safe Use Guidelines

• The product should only be used for its intended purpose (headgear).

• For children: Hats/headbands are not toys – do not allow them to be used in a manner other than their intended purpose.

• Avoid use near open flames, heat sources, or high temperatures (may result in material damage or burns). • Do not use harsh chemicals for washing or cleaning (they may weaken the material and dyes).

• Regularly check the condition of seams, appliqués, decorations, Velcro, ribbons, and adjusters – if damaged, the product should be removed from use.

3. Warnings for Children

• This product intended for children should always be used under adult supervision.

• Hats/headbands with ribbons, strings, or adjustments pose a risk of snagging and strangulation. Do not put a hat on a child while playing on the playground, climbing, or using a bike/rocker.

• This product is not personal protective equipment (it does not protect against mechanical injuries).

4. Care and Storage

• Wash according to the manufacturer's instructions on the label.

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of moisture and sunlight (to prevent discoloration). • Avoid storing under heavy loads (shape deformation may occur).

5. Procedure in the event of defects or hazards

• If a product defect or safety hazard is detected, discontinue use.

• Complaints may be filed with the seller in accordance with applicable law.

• Do not attempt to repair the product yourself if this could affect its safety.
